Mentor for ambitious young women

What if the life you want looks nothing like the one everyone around you is building?

Good.

I mentor ambitious young women aged 18–25, so you can actively build the life you want — without comparison, outside pressure or the fear of letting others down shaping your future.

Sound familiar?

You know what you want. It just doesn't look like what anyone around you is doing.

Not what your friends are doing.
Not what your family has done.
Not the path people around you understand.

So you're building something you've never seen modelled, and you're doing it mostly alone. Comparison creeps in. Outside opinions get louder. The fear of letting people down gets heavier. And the dream stays a dream for longer than it should.

The Three Lives
Expected. Safe. Fulfilled.

Most of us are handed the first two. This is about choosing, and building, the third.

Meet Lauren

I know what it's like to build a life that looks different.

“I was always told I lived in my own little world. Eventually, I realised they were right. I could see a world I wanted to live in — so I started building it.”

At 17, I left school as a high achiever and Deputy Head Girl, and went off to college. I was in a relationship that looked right on paper. I was following the path I thought I was supposed to follow.

And then I did something I never imagined I would do: I dropped out.

I went back to college on another safe course, found great friends and, from the outside, was moving forward again. But I still wasn't happy.

It wasn't until a wake-up call one New Year's Eve that I realised life is too short to keep building a life that doesn't feel like yours. I started changing things, one decision at a time: travelling, spending summers working abroad, learning from mentors, trying new things and figuring out what was actually me and what wasn't.

I learned that you can be ambitious, capable and doing everything “right,” and still end up building a life you never consciously chose.

That's a huge part of why I do what I do today.

I've spent 13 years working with young people, including ten years in Irish secondary classrooms. I've seen what happens when you're expected to make big decisions about your future before you've had the chance to really know yourself — and what becomes possible when you have the right support to think for yourself, make your own decisions and move forward.

Today, I mentor ambitious young women like you, who already have a bigger picture for your life but are trying to work out how to make it happen largely on your own.

Confidence isn't something you wait to feel. It's something you build by watching yourself follow through.

I won't tell you what to do with your life.
I'll help you become capable of building it.

Dream × Do · The method

Self • Skills • Connection

Not three boxes you tick once. The foundations you keep coming back to as your life changes.

The foundation of The 90-Day Private Mentorship.

Know yourself.

What you value, what you want and what success actually means to you. You learn to separate your voice from comparison and outside pressure.

In practiceGetting clear on your values, your Big Picture vision, the goal you're working towards and what success means to you.

Equip yourself.

Decisions, goals, plans, communication, follow-through and handling setbacks. Skills for college, work, travel, business and life.

In practiceA set timeline together, building the specific skills your goal needs, from planning and decision-making to communication and follow-through.

Ground yourself.

The right people in your corner. Support around the person you're becoming, without handing anyone else ownership of your decisions.

In practiceRegular check-ins and the right support around you, while keeping space for your friends and hobbies as you grow.

The 90-Day Private Mentorship

What changes in 90 days.

You'll go from knowing there's something you want for your life, but trying to figure it out on your own, to knowing exactly what you're working towards, having a clear plan and taking consistent action. Along the way, you'll build the self-knowledge, real-world skills and support to keep going long after our 90 days together.

01

Clarity on what you're actually working towards.

You'll know what you want next, why you want it and what matters to you. Not comparison, expectations or the “safe” option.

02

A clear plan to make it happen.

Your bigger dream becomes priorities, milestones and next steps. You'll know exactly what to focus on now, instead of carrying it all in your head.

03

Real, consistent action.

You won't just be clearer. You'll have moved: applications submitted, a project started, money saved, travel planned, a business idea tested. Whatever progress looks like for you.

04

Decisions you can stand behind.

Think things through, weigh advice without automatically following it, handle uncertainty and make choices you own.

05

The skills to follow through.

Planning, prioritising, communicating, problem-solving, managing your time, asking for help, handling setbacks, and doing what you said you'd do.

06

Confidence built on evidence.

Not a feeling you wait for. Ninety days of watching yourself take action, solve problems and follow through.

07

Freedom from outside pressure.

Hear what parents, friends and others think, without comparison, guilt or the fear of disappointing someone making the decision for you.

08

The right people around you.

Mentors, communities and relationships that back what you're building, especially when your path looks different.

09

One result you can point to.

Something real you can look at and say: “I made that happen.”

10

A process you'll use for life.

Take any dream from “I want this” to “here's my plan” to “I'm doing it” to “I made progress.” Without needing me.

For parents

You want the very best for her. So do I.

I'm not here to replace your voice or take sides. I help your daughter think clearly, make her own decisions with confidence, and follow through, with an experienced educator and caring mentor in her corner who wants to see her succeed as much as you do.

You're very welcome to join the first call.

Qualified and experienced

A qualified, Garda-vetted teacher with ten years in Irish secondary schools, who has supported over 1,000 young people through high-pressure decisions.

Structured, not vague

Clear goals, a written plan and week-to-week accountability, so progress is something you can see.

Her decisions, supported

She learns to think things through for herself, rather than being told what to do by anyone, including me. So when big decisions come later in life, she can make them with confidence, with your support behind her rather than relying on you for every answer.

Built for independence

The aim is a young woman who can do this on her own, not one who depends on a mentor.

What parents say

Messages from parents of past students

“She is much happier and it appears as if there is a load off her mind.”

“One comment in passing, saying: ‘Thank God, Mammy, you found her on your phone.’”

“Thanks so much for all your kindness. It’s you that is a credit to both your profession and family.”

Women in time to come will do much.
Mary Ward, 1617 · Founder of the Loreto Sisters

Over 400 years later, I believe the same, and that we get there together. A young woman needs another woman who's already done it.

Questions

Before you book.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's completely normal. You might have a big dream, a rough idea, or just a strong feeling that you want more. Our first step together is getting clear on what you're actually working towards, so you don't need it all figured out before you start.

Who is the mentorship for?

Ambitious young women aged 18 to 25 who can see a bigger life for themselves, especially if it looks different from what friends or family are doing, and who are ready to stop figuring it out alone.

How does the mentorship work?

We meet 1:1 every week online over Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are. Between sessions, you can reach me by voice note or message, and you'll also have access to The Community.

Can my parents be involved?

Yes. Parents are very welcome to join the first call. The mentorship itself is about you learning to make your own decisions with confidence, with your family's support behind you.

What happens on the free call?

It's a relaxed 30-minute conversation. You tell me what you're working towards, we look at what's getting in the way, and you leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.

What happens after the 90 days?

You leave with a result you can point to and a process you can use again for whatever comes next. Some women choose to keep working together; many go on to build the next chapter themselves. Either way, that's the point.

A note from Lauren

To the gal reading this,

There is a reason you keep thinking about the life you want.

Being a young woman means you get to decide who you want her to be: the woman you're becoming.

Open your journal and write it down. Even the parts that feel too big, too different, or that you don't know how to make happen yet.

Your dream doesn't need to make sense to everyone else. But it does deserve to be taken seriously by you.

Over these next 90 days, we're going to turn what you've written into decisions, action and something real you can point to and say:

I made that happen.

Let's do this,
Lauren ♡

Let's talk

You don't have to build it alone.
